Here are some guidelines I follow at work:

• Whatever we do, we are all in customer value business
• Technology is a tool like a hammer or saw, not the main point. Techno porn is dead!
• Teams and people can do great things when given freedom AND responsibility
• Fewer features in product/services are usually more. Simplicity is key!
